ANOTHER vbseo problem. - Please help

Ok, this is now the 2nd time VBSEO has been the cause of my site not working properly. Right now vbseo is disabled and my site BlackberryOS works fine.

When we would log in and view a thread and attempt to reply it would log us out saying we dont have permission to do so and would then have to log back in.

After disabling vbseo this problem disappeared. So what in vbseo is causing this?

Interested in how to solve this problem too, my board started shutting me out of private forums and social groups today (one week after vbseo install).

    Hi Brett,

What domain are you redirecting to? www.blackberryos or no www?

(What are the contents of your .htaccess?)

Just wanted to give you an update. I had a friend take a look (SevenSkins) and he fixed some issues inside .htaccess file. Apparently that was the culprit.

Thanks for your help guys. I appreciate it

Ac,e you guys should start tracking statistics on the number of times customers have issues and throw VBSEO under the bus on the forums vs. the number of times those issues are actually caused by the customer and not VBSEO.

It would be very pompous for us to consider that.

We are well aware that much blame comes to us for every glitch, and many times it is not our fault. It's the nature of the beast.

We will always do our best to help track down issues for our customers, even if we are pretty sure going in that it is not vbseo's fault.
