I think you are experiencing the same thing as we all did when we moved over, the non vbseo urls are being droped from the serps and will soon be repleced with your VBSEO URLs. Nothing you can do about it :( and I am affarid this short term drop is the price you pay, but I am sure like most on here after the return you will be very happy with the results.

It can take months.... My number of total URLs in Google is still down from what it was before vbSEO (3+ months ago). It just takes time for them to get updated...

Do you use the sitemap? That may speed the process.
