I installed vBSEO 3.1.0 three months ago. Today I just renamed my admincp and modcp and also made the necessary changes in my config.php file. My question is do I need to edit anything I have concerning my vBSEO instillation or any on there files?

Open the .htaccess and find modcp and admincp, be sure to change those to what you changed yours too.
