Acronym expansion

Hi all,

Need a bit of help with Acronym expansion.

1. Should I use Abbr or Acronym? w3c say Acronym is obsolete and I should use Abbr, but is there a difference?
2. On this site the words appear underlined and you get a question mark when you hover over. I only get the underlining on my site. Is this another setting?

We use the standard acroymym expansion here for terms like: vbseo. The underline is default browser behavior in most browsers. You can force any style you want on it with css just like you would any base element, like 'p'.
