My main domain uses vBSEO, I've added an addon domain (cpanel) to install a different script on.. when I goto view the addon domain, I get the 500 Internal Server Error.. I'm guessing the .htaccess has something to do with it?.

What can I do to fix this?...

Thanks alot guys, I'm loving vBSEO btw

make sure you uploaded .htaccess in ascii mode, not binary mode.

Ok, all I had to do was put the missing .htaccess (blank) in the root. Since then I've added a subdomain (off the domain that uses vBSEO) and am getting the error again, but when I upload a blank .htacess it gives me the error, but If I take another .htaccess with code stuff in it, the site loads without the error.. Is it safe to use another .htaccess with code in it when it's not for that site?.. If not, what should I put in the .htaccess so it'll work?. Thanks.

You can try to create .htaccess with this line inside new folder:
    Code:
    RewriteEngine off
