Does the "301 Redirect Original Content" has anything to do with the 301 that's inside the htaccess file?
I want to turn off 301 redirect original content since all of my old files have been already redirected to the new url's.

Nopes. But you should leave that option 'on'.Does the "301 Redirect Original Content" has anything to do with the 301 that's inside the htaccess file?
