301 redirect loop issue on upgrade

I just got the VB CMS, and I upgraded VBSOE, and have used the default CMS settings, but get:

You need to make sure you correctly upgraded to vBSEO 3.5.1 including importing product file and you correctly uploaded vBSEO .htaccess file
