problem in Sitemap Generator white page

and I'm already uncheek yahoo,poll.blog,blog tag,album,group,tags from the sitemap

if you may give me the right setting plz

Just Make sure you are include only showthreads and forumdisplay pages in your sitemap, Then remove all .gz files located in /data folder and re-generate your sitemap manually
