Google bot can't read arabic on my site

Hello everyone,

This has nothing to do with vbSEO, I set up vbulletin and added the arabic translated file

Language code: ar
RTL
vBulletin v4.0.3

The browser shows the forum just fine with no encoding issues, However, When I try to fetch the page as google bot, I just see a bunch of weird characters

How do I fix that?

الموضوع ده ليس له علاقه مباشره بهاك الفي بي سيو
انا نزلت في بي 4.0.3 و حملت عليه لغه عربي ، و شغال تمام في المتصفح ... بس اما بشوف الصفحه زي اما بيشوفها جوجل بوت ، الكلمات العربي بيظهر مكانها علامات استفهام و رموز غريبه!

I just thought someone could have had the same issue before and could help me... You know, This forum is basically about arabic language and SEO.
