I'm looking to buy a niche forum, preferably health or hobby related but not necessary, and must have active members.

I'm willing to pay up to $5,000 for the forum. If you're not selling but know someone that is selling their forum, I'm willing to pay you a generous finder's fee of 5%. So let's say you found me a forum and I bought it for $5,000, you get $250 just for helping out.
