[WTB] Established forum in any niche

I'm buying established forums in any niche to expand my network (larger forums are better but if you have a small one just send me a PM anyway )

In particular, I'd like to underline the following points:

• I always take care of the forum after I buy it: I hire programmers and designers and enhance it in many ways, so I won't just let the community die
• You are very welcome to be a supermod or administrator on the forum, even after I buy it. I'm a very reasonable person and if you are as well, then we'll have a good time together
• I'm a very experienced webmaster with lots of past transactions, you can check my username on digitalpoint (can I post a link here? not sure) to see I have 70+ transactions with 100% positive feedback
• For large transactions I prefer to use escrow.com due to it being more secure for the both of us
• If you have a very large forum I can buy it (e.g. I have the cash in hand, I won't waste your time with financing etc)
