vbulletin food and cooking forum for sale

I have a vbulletin food and cooking site that I can no longer afford to pay to host every month, so, I am left with no choice but to sell it along with the domain and all the licences that I currently hold with it, there are over £200.00 worth of licences which includes mods and software ( obviously all domain names too, I have .co.uk .com .net .org .info )...

the site www.recipebite.co.uk is a food and cooking site that currently has 98 members

I want to see the site go on because it was a pet project for me and would really suit anyone that loves food, chatting about food and learning about food..

The site has 72 average visits per day according to analitics but currently earns no money, for someone willing to put in the time it could be a money cow, it is quite high in google for the following search terms

cooking forums
recipe forums
food forums

all page one for definite

the site has been online since may 2008 ( owned domain for about 2 years )

vbulletin 'owned' licence until 16th may 2009
vbseo until May 17 2009
vbmagazine is installed and ready to go, just not active
there is also a licence and installed community newsletter
on top of that there is vbrecipes installed and can be seen working
also vbulletin blog,
+ loads of mods to make the site very flexable in what you want to do with it...

the index page is very unique in its design, so if you are looking for something different, but has great potentual, this would be the site for you.

the hosting is not tied to my current host, to which it is a zeus server by Domain Names and Web Hosting - Domain Names, Hosting, Dedicated Server Solutions and Broadband ADSL, Namesco Limited the site is on the business plus package at £22.00 per month, as it is on a zeus server, please bear in mind that if you move it to a windows or linux server, the script.rewrite would have to be replaced for a .htaccess.

I am looking for offers, but I do have an 'about' price that I would accept considering the potential, the search engine position, licences and members, think mid hundreds, all offers would be considered.

this offer will be here until I get a reasonable offer from anyone who I think could really push this forum to its full potential
