testing the waters... huge import car site possibly for sale

I'm losing interest in the site daily, and i think its time for me to move on.

The site itself is doing great (when google works) with sometimes 8k uniques a day from google alone, most the time breaking 12k uniques daily.
i've had 1 $2k+ month, and a bunch of 1k+ months recently.
I do ZERO and have NEVER done ANY advertising. its all SE traffic and word of mouth.
In the right hands, the site could be a gold mine. I just lost interest and working full-time on top of it, I just don't have the time to take it to the next level.

the site is strictly a vB forum. There are no other sections of the site, other than vB plugins like photopost, etc...
vB license, vBSEO license will be included in the sale.

I'm not 100% sure if I even want to sell it... and will only sell it to someone I think is A) competent and B) would be a good move for the site. Previous automotive webmasters would be the most welcomed.

1 term I do have, is that i get to keep my email address... i have too much crap going there to possibly change them all and i don't want to lose a login or something through the cracks.
Some of my staff also have emails and i would like for them to be able to keep theirs as well. All staff are volunteer and will remain on board, if you would like.

I'm keeping pretty much everything private right now as this isn't an offical sale post... its testing the waters....

If you have at least $35,000 USD to throw at a site, PM me and I will get more specific with you. I don't want everything out in the open just yet.

The site is no longer for sale Joe. I've decided to keep it. Thanks for the interest though.
