The forum comes with vbulletin license 4 and vbseo (new)
56 members, 400 posts (it is just a few weeks old)

I do not have the time for it but it is ready to go. We have one moderator who adds regular links on the site and one custom manga artist who publishes his manga exclusively on the site.
