I want to modificate newthread template only in a determinate forums, must be an option to choose which forums I want:

It must show something like this:


For the title: 3 fields:
- *artist:
- *name of the release:
- catalogue No.:

Add subtitle to show in forumdisplay
For the subtitle:
- *Release date:
- Label:
- *Bitrate: (User must select between: vbr, 112 kbps, 128 kbps, 192 kbps, 256 kbps, 320 kbps)

For the body:
- info.:
- hide, credit amount: XXX (user must put the number of credits to view the link, this number will be used automatically with a bbcode done with vbcredits[charge=XXX]link[/charge]
- link: (link will be showed automatically between charge wraps with number of credits that user post above)
- and below go standar editor.

*users must write info in these fields, required flieds.
