The forum stats are:
Threads: 1,668, Posts: 5,021, Members: 1,013
Little income to talk about. Just run adsense and adsdaq right now. I don't promote the site in anyway and all traffic comes from search engines. The site currently ranks 5th for Music Forums in Google.
I'm looking to get $1,750 dollars for the forum which includes vBulletin license, VBSEO license (I'll renew before selling) and vBadvanced Branding Free license.

As you get closer to a pending sale, don't forget to submit a ticket to Brian about the license transfer since transfers have to be approved. Since the whole site is being sold I doubt he'd have any issues with it but, just to cover the bases....
