Looking to buy a BIG BOARD

I want to buy your website on all aspects (name+content+domains+hosting) and it's online community forums. Your forums must have atleast 50,000 members and 10%+ must be active.

I'm looking specifically for an off topic, general discussion, gaming, or computer forums. If you have other types of forums, still post it here. Thank you!

I'm going to offer $5,000 USD+

I would also like to see your 3 months avg monthly revenue x12-18

And please be sure too PM me your URL too so I can take a look.

Thanks guys!

5,000 active members for $500, inc. domain and software... you'll be lucky for any less than a few grand.

depends...

some do last 3 months avg monthly revenue x12-18
authority sites can see 24-36x
non-monitized sites obviously can't use this model.... so there's other factors to take into consideration such as posts, posts per day average, active members, $2 a member, or whatever.

My valuation model is total active users via posts and new topics along with daily average online users. Basically a semi big board or big board is what I'm after.

Ad revenue, unique visits, and the like are not my primary concern.

But I would like to know your last 3 months avg monthly revenue x12-18

Rest assure that my efforts will lie with the members and the sites functionality

Check out this link for a better understanding on website valuations. What's Your Web Site Worth? - SitePoint Forums

Hope i'm not stepping on the thread.

I'm looking for partners for taking my forum. I dont work much on it, so the investor should be willing to put in some hours. PM me if interested.

What does it mean "partners for taking my forum"? And, what is your forum?

typo. wanted to say "take my forum global" but currently my host dreamhost.com took down the site and is not allowing access to my database. The site is currently offline and I am looking for people who have some contact with senior staff at dreamhost.
