usually you want to put things like this just before the </body> tag.
so, edit your footer template and put it at the end.
i'm not familiar with adbrite, so i don' know what else is involved. Iused them for about a day 2 years ago and the eearnings were garbage so i pulled it.

If you are interested in inline ads, try Infolionks ( Infolinks | Linking Text To Revenue )
Its million times better than adbrite.
