Enabling that option in vBSEO makes it add the section targetting to the "meat" of your pages. (around post content, etc)

If you want vBSEO to add the code, enable that option in vBSEO. If you want to manually add your own section targetting code, leave that option disabled.

I went and added the code but i had it enabled for awhile now. I'll delete the code and keep it enabled.
