well, perhaps you can look at the code to see what it's doing in order to determine how difficult or easy the code would be yourself. i'm not much informed on using ajax. i just know it looks pretty. if you have the mod installed, it does do that for adsense as well as other forms of advertising, so i would say yes to your second question. logical would depend on the particulars of how people use you forums. personally, i didn't see this feature as that much of a useful addition. people change pages enough on most forums.
