Yes, you can use the following variables (just before the SL code):
With "var skimlinks_exrel" you can do one off URL exclusions by putting rel="noaff" in the link. Or you can totally block certain URL's by using the "skimlinks_exclude" array<script type="text/javascript">
var skimlinks_exrel = 'noaff'; //call the rel whatever you want.
var skimlinks_exclude = new Array("exclude-one.com","exclude-two.com","exclude-three.com");
