I want to offer blog hosting to my forum members using their own domain and offering free hosting. I'll set up wordpress, but put adsense in the template so I can hopefully get some ROI.
Is this against adsense TOS?

how would one go about a setup like this. I want to get a blog setup but it boggles my mind.
It may be best to not listen to anything I say for advice. :spin:

you would get something like a wordpress account and then get a wordpress skin and throw it up on your site. Configure wordpress to point to your site, and youre done.
