I'm wondering if I'm allowed to share my ads revenue with other people contributing my site content? by sharing I mean I will send them their share after I get the check.

It's entirely up to you if you want to 'pay your staff'. In my opinion, i wouldn't pay normal posters... just someone who writes good articles/etc above and beyond the typical forum user.
