Is my site ok?

Is my site in compliance with the rules of Adsense? Mainly the top banner.. Its close to the buttons, but not too close, but im not sure. I put it up 2 days ago, and its been giving me 5 bucks a day for 2 days now. Too good to be true?

I think you need to have some sort of border separating the ads from the nav links.
