    Minimizing bad clicks

    For the last month and a half, I've run up a very high # of impressions (thousands) with a very low CTR by using my board extensively as I add content & debug layouts. And being basically paranoid I'm always afraid of accidentally clicking on too many of my own ads. Here's a solution for the paranoia part of it:

    <if condition="!$show['admincplink']">

    <!-- myGoogle AdSense code here -->

    <else />

    <img src="blank_ads/blank_ad_728_90.gif">

    </if>
    If an administrator (c'est moi) is logged on, the ad is replaced by an image that's just (in this example) an orange panel.

    Good tip.

    Do you use vBSEO Mike? You're not showing up as a customer right now.

    No, is that a requirement? I just stumbled in via Google late last week.

    No - I was just curious. Sometimes our customers are not correctly assigned to their licenses.
