I read about something like that in a blog called seovb.com (page isn't loading right now). I believe that Adsense TOS forbid misleading your visitors to get them clicking adsense ads believing it's actual content, but really, there isn't an official announcement against color blending. |

looks ok to me. the only one that's iffy is 'search results pages'. i know that used to be a no-no. but they've changed their TOS so mnay times, i'm not sure if that is still in there. |

I don't see a problem with your ad placements. Not sure about the search results. I'd remove them first and ask them, and if it's ok, then you can place them back.
