I read about something like that in a blog called seovb.com (page isn't loading right now).

I believe that Adsense TOS forbid misleading your visitors to get them clicking adsense ads believing it's actual content, but really, there isn't an official announcement against color blending.

the only one that's iffy is 'search results pages'.

but they've changed their TOS so mnay times, i'm not sure if that is still in there.

Same here, I believe they may be disallowed. Should I keep them and send an e-mail to Google or do you think my account might be closed before I get a reply? ( If this is disallowed ).

I don't see a problem with your ad placements. Not sure about the search results. I'd remove them first and ask them, and if it's ok, then you can place them back.
