    I am using this hack for the past month or so,
    my forums are well indexed on Google (thanks to vBseo ) so I get good search results,much better than the rubbish mysql fulltext results.

    i used a custom app similar in nature. it wasn't worth it. income from those search clicks is REALLY bad.

    Has since been uninstalled.
