    nope, I think I signed up for it but never heard anything back... it seems it was an approval system at the time.

    I signed up a while ago (ask about it here: Using Adsense through Google Ad Manager)

    I just started moving my ads across last night (not yet finished). I'll let you know how I get on in a few days.
