fustrated with an ad I can't get rid of

Alright I don't know what to say for the last 3 months I have been trying to block this ad from a company. Everything I try it just won't go away. I actually even signed up with the company who is running an ad via adwords which shows up on my adsense and their product is a complete joke and as such I don't want their awful service being promoted on my site. Should I email google about this?
It may be best to not listen to anything I say for advice. :spin:
