Hi,

I know there are many threads here regarding Adsense best strategies and I have read many of them over time. I also know that people's experience changes so I wanted to see what everyone thinks about a few things.

1) Is it usually pointless to show CPC ads to logged in members because they rarely click? Aside from not making much money from them, do they tend to reduce the amount of money you make when guests do click ads because your CTR decreases on account of logged in members often viewing ads but seldom clicking them? I am trying to determine whether any harmful consequences of showing ads to members outweighs the little income that results from it.

2) If you feel it is not a good idea to show logged in members CPC ads such as Adsense, do you feel there is any harm in showing them CPM ads from other networks? Do CPM networks tend to decrease your fill rate (number of impressions they pay you for) if you have a lower CTR?

3) If showing logged in members ads that are rarely clicked does result in a lower CTR which in turn results in a lower CPC for the publisher, can that be remedied if you remove CPC ads for logged in members, or if you've had a low CTR for a long time are you clicks valued less indefinitely? If removing ads for logged in members will remedy the issue and raise cpc payout for the publisher, how long does that typically take?

Thank you!
