I have been working with CPXinteractive and must say that they are good if you are lazy to optimize your earnings. The are offering quite good revenue out of the box. But Ad-Tiering for example with different programs is definitely the way to go if you ask me. But, yes, take them if you can - they are especially good for forums as they are able to fill all inventory.
