Blocking certain google ads

on my site i am getting adsense ads (ads that advertise adsense) and they dont look very good, i think they are too "in your face" and i dont think they fit well with my site.

i thought they might fall under PSA, but i disabled that and they still show up sometimes.

is there anyway to block these type of ads? i would rather see nothing in place of them
