Best methods for monetizing?

I am currently running some CPM which are getting under .25 and CPC is not working out too well.

What are some good networks to join for better monetizing?

I have about 30k-35k pageviews a day, >1million pageviews a month. 100k unique visitors.

If traditional methods aren't working out well, you may be in a niche that is better suited to selling direct. Setting up a media kit and a sales team with cold calling may be in your best interest.
