Anyone here use any kind of Geo-Targetting Script?

Hey guys,

I was recently asked by one of my ad networks if I have the capability to geo target the tags on my site. They said that it will dramatically increase my ad revenue if I did so. So has anyone here used any kind of geo targetting script? Can anyone give me advice on the best one?

I haven't but want to. It's a lot of work to migrate to a different ad platform and I simply haven't gotten around to it.
Google ad manager may also allow for something like this. I haven't done much research on that platform though.
