Wow! Amazing I averaged about 20 cents a day, and now I average between 2$ a day. That is with an average of 1000 page impressions!
What's even better, is that vBSEO indexed 2000 of my new urls in a WEEK!

Does running one image advert beside a text add box work with increasing revenue or is it better to leave both as text and image adverts?
I need to redo my ads. I use to make a good amount and now I make crap.
It may be best to not listen to anything I say for advice. :spin:
I got smartpriced it seems. Earnings per click using adsense are only 50% now. If you have more than 1500 clicks every day that is really bad....
Hi all, i'm brand new to owning a website (doing it all myself) and have very little idea of html or php but i'm learning fast, i have two (emptyish) web pages and the VBulletin forums with 10 forums each with around 3 sub forums, i have no traffic a yet as it isn't launched on any search engines, i am thinking of buying VBSEO but want some advice with idiot instructions on what ads to have, from who and where to place them.
Could someone help?
Regards,
Simon
You should search the forum for all resources regarding AdSense optimization, particularly those where Briansol has provided insights.
It sounds like two 336x280 side by side, one text and one image, is the way to go. Would you guys recommend that it be on the home page, forum pages, and thread pages, or which of the three for optimal results? Also, would you recommend restricting them only to guests? Would you go for a color that blends or a color that contrasts? The same background color of the page or different?
Finally, I am brand new to vBulletin. Any chance anyone can tell me the exact name of the template to edit and exactly what changes I need to make? I am using the default vBulletin template at the moment.
Thanks!
