    Alternatives to adsense?

A few friends of mine recently got banned from adsense because they didn't follow the terms and conditions, i have 1 similar site and 7 completely legit sites that don't break any rules so i decided it's not worth the risk to use adsense on "slightly dodgy site" and was looking for an alternative

with adsense i averaged about £15 per day for around 23,000 impressions and around 100 clicks (Page CTR 0.42%) , i tried clicksor and it slowed the hell out of my site and most of the time the banners didn't load, tried adbrite for the first time today and so far i have less that $2 for 78 clicks........ which is unbeliveable and all the the adds i viewed to make sure the code worked were all lame "you are the millionth visitor click here to claim your prize"

I just wondered if anyone else (that has used adsense so can make a good comparison) can recommend any other big alternatives that actually pay a decent amount?

    Use this tool:
    Google Analytics | Official Website

This way in the future you can send reports to your ad/publisher networks should you need to.

Here are some ad/publisher networks I'm aware of:
    Bidvertiser
    Adbrite
    Adtoll
    Kontera
    Chitika
    Infolinks
    Echotopic
    BurstMedia
    CPXinteractive
    AdQik.net
    Text-Link-Ads.com

If you need more I've given you a google search here:
    Google
    Best of luck,
    Andy...

Yes i know how to use google and look for ad networks i'm actually looking for someone that has used ad sense as well as another network and can vouch that they got a decent pay rate from the other network, most comparisons i find are 2006 -2008, i can't find any recent comparisons

Well i've tried about 10 different networks since i posed this and they all suck..... i really didn't think adsense was that that great but the earnings really are 10X bigger on adsense.... i'm not sure if it makes a difference if your with an add network for a longer period of time? seriously is $3 for 249 clicks normal on other networks?

One thing i did notice though is that i'm getting twice as many clicks on every other add network i tried (Except clicksor, that is only showing 20% of my usual clicks) when compared to google which makes me think it wasn't counting my clicks correctly or links from certain countries did not count?

my average CTR on google was 0.35- 0.4 my CTR on every other network i've tried has been 2.5 - 3

Google is very strict and monitor his/her users activities. If they feel the terms and conditions are not followed they ban the account holder. I think Adrite is similar to Google and Ning Network is also recommend his/her users for the advertisement on their network.
