    Adsense - YouTube Video units?

Has anyone tried this? Good or bad?

I'd like to know how much it pays as well as how it pays. Do we get paid every time someone watches the videos or clicks the ads above the videos?

    EDIT: nvm found this:

I'd still like to hear if anyone has experimented with this.

I have not tried this out yet but in my opinion, a youtube ad on a forum would be a turn off and i'd leave the forum.

YouTube on blogs would be better though. People visit forums to read, create threads, interact and not come to watch movies. I'd rather play an arcade game on the forum instead. Try to beat the admin's high score. (This just my opinion and don't mean anything by it) With adsense, you have options with color's, a million ad size's and location spots.

I tried it out for about a week or two on my forum.

Unless you're able to give users the option to disable it, you'll have alot of complaints about the size they take up, and i didn't notice any higher earnings during that time either.

Might be better to watch video's on your own t.v. then with YouTube. Maybe if a website was built around the YouTube ad's it'll work. (Fit them in better) For forums, do not use it. lol

I used them in my forums

only made about 6.00 on them out of 80.00 so far in my forums. I'm taking them out. Maybe i'll put them on blog pages or something.

    Too big and too distractive....
