Adsense TOS Applied on a Per Site Basis

Let me know what you guys think about what they are doing.

I suppose they can set their own policy. I think that they may be unaware of several sites that are violating the TOS.

I would prefer that it not be so restrictive.

Would a ad rotating system work? That is, displaying either IntelliTxt or AdSense on all page, on a rotational basis?

If I was seriously considering running these "in text" types of ads, I would be contacting google on a daily basis until they either gave me permission, in writing, to run the ads, or they forced other sites to stop running the ads. I am the type of person that refuses to get slapped around because I am the little guy.

Personally, I don't run these types of ads, nor do I have the intentions of running them because I think they make a site look horrible and spammy. If I was wanting to, however, you can bet I would be a very annoying person to google.
