Google will likely be able to tell that the 2nd account is linked to you.

Best approach is to contact them and supply your access logs to make sure illegal clicking has not been done by you or any other staff

well i was a noob at that time (just started my website) and i really regret doing it :( anyway there are a lot of other companies

That very great concept of Revenue sharing but i think that it is not actually supported by adsense as if one page is going to display ads of more than one publisher, then its been against the Google TOS.

The ads of different publishers are NOT displayed on the page simultaneously.
So, it's not a problem.

I have it right now on sounddistrict.com and just installed vBSEO. Will see how that works
