FYI, hope this hasn't been posted, apologies if it has. Apparently Adsense requires you to have a site privacy policy to run their ads now, and you can lose your account if you don't.

I threw mine up in a webtemplate here if anyone needs a quick copy/paste.Google updated their TOS to reflect a slight change to publish their advertisements on your site. You now must have a privacy policy up and running on each domain you are using Adsense on.
