Hi, does anyone actually know what it means?

While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense
account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since
keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage
our advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account.

interests of both our advertisers and our other AdSense publishers. We

I'm not sure how we can harm their advertisers + financially?

Usually related to "suspicious" clicks.

How would you define "suspicious" though, if there hadn't been any clicks in the past few days? but a few clicks on the day the account was banned. (CTR was low)

It's highly likely that the action on the account came some time after whatever it was that caused them to start investigating.

I personally wouldn't be looking at activity immediately before receiving the email as its cause. I would be looking further back.

Do you know how I could protect myself from this in Future?

not to be an a$$, but judging from the email, i don't think you'll be having a future with adsense :(
