Adsense Alternatives?

Some time ago, my account was disabled by Google Adsense. The only explanation I have as to why was because I was a risk to advertisers. What I'd like to know is if there are any good alternatives out there?

If you list something can you provide the following stats (if possible):

CPA (cost per acquisition)
CPM (cost per 1000 impressions)
CPC (cost per click)
Types of Adverts: (for example banner, in-text)

I've tried Adbrite but shows occasional adult ads. I've tried Adtoll, but it also shows (more frequently) adult ads.

I would try the following networks:

1. Tribal Fusion
2. ValueClick
3. Ad.com
4. Casale
5. Viralytics Media
6. Addynamix
7. Vibrant Media
8. CPX Interactive
9. Burst

I can't think of any more. These are good ones to start with.

Right now I'm using Bidvertiser, Chitika, and Oxado. They don't require heavy traffic.

I make more with TribalFusion than I do with adsense...I guess my users just don't click ads as much as other niches.

I really like Adsdaq - they are paying me well.
I'm also with burstdirect and adbrite, but they don't seem to do as well.

I am recently trying out adbrite in which my results after 2 days is very poor. Then again i need to wait for a week or two though. Next month i'll try out another ad network. Adsense was doing good for me, but not good enough and if i do find a alternative that pays well, that'll be my final choice to use.

Right now i'm just trying out everything for this summer to see which network work's best for me. I don't trust google these days and need backup plan. The list Juan recently posted is a great list to look at.

I've never used tribalfusion and was rejected for casale so i don't know how good or bad they are. I've only heard good things about tribalfusion but you do have to have a good amount of traffic I think to be accepted into tribalfusion. casale requires at least 10,000 pageviews a month.

Tribalfusion has done wonders for me. My adsense dropped tremendously and so I decided to try tribalfusion and it's making more than what adsense had been making me.
