I have a question...
Let's say I'm located in Spain, viewing a website that's located in the US. If this website contains AdSense ads, will I still see ads targeted for Spain? Or since a website's in the US, I'd see predominantly English ads?
Cause I'm thinking, if in our AdWords account (within the foreign AdGroups) I insert some English keywords, then our ads would pop for for pages that are actually written in English, but being viewed in Spain.
