Why My Affiliates Earnings are not showing?

I have referred one of my friend as well as one of my client to vbseo.

For Friend I am not sure if he has still purchased it but for client I know he has purchased it as well as I have installed vbseo for him and so would like to know why anything is not showing out there.

Also I have tried using the contact us but of no help and no one responded in 48 hours.

also note, that sales show under 'pending' until they are proceesed by joe, not 'completed'

You probably want to check your pending comissions now?!

Can anyone tell me when and by who commissions will be approved?

I have a standard commission Pending Approval since 10 days ago.
