I've tried to rest my affiliate account details but the rest email didn't sent to me.
I have that issue for almost 2 weeks.

By the way,
I found that some vBSEO purchase of my customer didn't associated to my affiliate account even I was with him when he bought the license via my affiliate link(so I'm sure that is should be associated to my account).

I have all his license details to prove that I'm the one who referred him, what I need to do now?
