My friend just signed up. His user name is Ralle. How can I claim my referrer funds?

I thought I didn't have to put in that Tax ID because I'm in Iceland, that's how it is with AdSense. Will my friend have to refund and buy again ?

As the order has already been processed there is nothing you can do for that. You can apply to vBSEO Affliate system and try to get referral sales for future.

Are you both affiliated with the same site? If so, you are not eligible to receive a commission on the sale.

You absolutely need to be an actual affiliate before you can earn commissions with us, obviously.

What is your affiliate ID?

We're just both webmasters and friends. Sorry, I see now that you have a whole another system for affiliate accounts, I thought it was just a section to enter tax info which I didn't think I had to do. Is this still possible if I create an account before there have been 24 hours from the sale?

Ok, but why is this not possible? Any technical reasons? I'm very disappointed.
By the way, I'm not sure what to put into Tax ID, SSN or VAT. We don't have Tax ID, SSN and I'm not sure what you mean by VAT ID. We do however have our own system of SSN, should I put it in there or is it only for US SSNs?
