Referral link in the footer of forums to replace the vbseo.com link?

I was wondering if you can place your referral link in the footer of the forum you're running vbseo off of and replace the vbseo.com link? Or is this not ok? I looked in the terms and conditions thread and didn't see anything against this, but I wanted to ask first.

If you go into your vbseocp you can add your affiliate number into it and then it adds it to your footer.
