hi guys, my affiliate is not working? and i already entered the word from my vbseo admin cp. can someone help what is the problem here?

If you hover over the link in your footer, does it go to vBSEO - vBulletin SEO (where ### is your affiliate ID)

I've the same problem. Two of my users bought vbseo through my affiliation code but I have not been credited anything.
