I signed up for the affiliate program, but used a url to an under construction site. Is this going to affect my approval or denial?

I set up the url for my personal blog, ChrisGuthrie.net (which I'm still working on), as that is where I plan to place affiliate links.

I just wanted to verify that this won't prevent me from being accepted or not. I want to get everything set up before I launch, so that's why I applied before I'm up and running.
