I've tested my ref link (hidden in vbseo.pl), clicked 'Buy It Now' and what I see..? The field 'Referred By (affiliate ID)' is empty. Is it correct? Shouldn't be there my affilate ID?

I've tested my ref link (hidden in vbseo.pl), clicked 'Buy It Now' and what I see..? The field 'Referred By (affiliate ID)' is empty. Is it correct? Shouldn't be there my affilate ID?
When it is linked like that, it should add a cookie to the browser. IIRC they can manually insert ID, but it is not needed as the cookie is already set. I will flag this for a confirmation.

Okay, well what I said was correct. You can use it as an either/or in case it did not save their cookie.

You cannot be your own affiliate. The system likely strips out your affiliate as a fraud attempt.
